How much more freaky and draconian does it get than that?? Now O.B.A.M.A. thinks he knows what's best for the whole world, and he is going to fix it.
The actual story is mostly the result of an interview with John Holdren by the AP. I'm sure this guy is extremely smart, but he sounds an awful lot like chicken little. Accord
ing to the USA Today article, "Twice in a half-hour interview, Holdren compared global warming to being "in a car with bad brakes driving toward a cliff in the fog."I think I share my opinion of his views with John Tierney "Does being spectacularly wrong about a major issue in your field of expertise hurt your chances of becoming the presidential science advisor? Apparently not". Good thing this president is so much better than the last one at picking his friends.
